Rebeccah Andrews, BS, joins Indiana Guardianship Services as Client Manager with over 12 years of experience supporting individuals with special needs across Lake, Porter, and LaPorte counties. Her background spans home and community based waiver services, case management, QIDP work, and direct residential support — giving her a well-rounded understanding of the systems, providers, and day-to-day realities that shape the lives of the individuals IGS serves.
