In her role, Kathleen oversees the development and coordination of the volunteer program, ensuring volunteers are well-prepared, supported, and meaningfully matched to individuals served by our organization. Her background includes managing volunteer services within hospice and hospital systems, where she worked collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to promote compassionate, high-quality support for individuals and families.
