Kathleen Rudaski, BS, serves as the Volunteer Coordinator for Indiana Guardianship Services, Inc., bringing over a decade of experience in volunteer leadership, program development, and community engagement. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Marketing from Purdue University Northwest and has extensive experience recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers across healthcare and community-based settings. In her role, Kathleen oversees the development and coordination of the volunteer program, ensuring volunteers are well-prepared, supported, and meaningfully matched to individuals served by our organization. Her background includes managing volunteer services within hospice and hospital systems, where she worked collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to promote compassionate, high-quality support for individuals and families. Kathleen brings a strong focus on relationship-building, communication, and program structure, with a commitment to fostering a supportive environment where volunteers feel valued and connected to the mission, helping to strengthen Indiana Guardianship Services’ ability to provide consistent, person-centered support to vulnerable adults.
