Private Pay Guardianship
For individuals with the ability to pay privately, guardianship services are available upon referral. As with our VASIA model, the referring entity will complete an intake packet with the necessary information to both determine whether the individual is appropriate for the program and draft the initial guardianship pleadings.
This service is particularly useful for families that are spread out geographically or who maintain hectic schedules, as a professional guardian is on the clock 24 hours a day and our staff is always available to handle an emergency situation.
Our staff has experience with real estate management and sale, as well as estates of all sizes. We file regular status reports in these cases, attend all meetings and care conference, and keep detailed accountings and case notes, so the Courts are kept informed of our clients' environmental, medical, and financial circumstance.
